Yes. Your ads are shown by the ad platforms themselves to real people who match the targeting we set up, and the platforms filter out invalid traffic under their own rules. We never use bots, fake accounts, click farms or paid engagement. Everyone who sees your ad decides for themselves whether to watch, listen, like or follow.

Who sees my TikTok campaign?

Your videos run as ads through TikTok's official advertising tools and are shown to TikTok users whose location and interests match the targeting we agree with you. We don't control who engages, and we never pay anyone to follow, like or comment.

Is this allowed by YouTube's rules?

Accepted Answer

Yes. YouTube campaigns run through YouTube's own ads system (Google Ads), which is how YouTube expects creators and brands to pay for promotion. Every ad goes through Google's ad review and must follow Google's advertising policies. Views that come from ads are counted and reported by YouTube in the normal way.

Does this break the rules of Instagram or Spotify?

Yes. Every plan includes country targeting, and higher plans add targeting by genre, interests or fans of similar artists. Tell us at checkout, or afterwards through support, which countries and audiences matter most to you. The exact options depend on what each ad platform allows.

How soon does my campaign go live?

Accepted Answer

We start setting up your campaign within 24 hours of payment. New ads then go through the ad platform's review, which usually takes up to a day but can take longer. Once approved, your campaign runs for the month you've paid for, and you can follow its status from your dashboard.

Do you guarantee followers, streams or subscribers?

Accepted Answer

No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. We guarantee your campaign runs as your plan describes. The reach figure on each plan is an estimate, and how many people go on to follow, subscribe, like or stream depends on your content and how they respond to it.

What if my campaign doesn't run as described?

Accepted Answer

Contact us with your order number. If we don't start on time, run something different from your plan, or the ad platform won't approve your content and we can't fix it together, you're covered by our refund policy. You can also cancel before we start for a full refund.

Can I cancel my monthly plan?

Yes, any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your campaign runs until the end of the month you've already paid for. There are no contracts or cancellation fees.

What content can't be promoted?

You need to own the content or have permission to promote it, and it has to follow the ad platforms' advertising policies. That rules out things like copyrighted material you don't have rights to, misleading claims, and adult, hateful or violent content. We'll let you know if anything needs changing.
