Question 1

How do you promote my content without my password?

Accepted Answer

We run paid ads through each platform's official advertising tools, such as YouTube Ads through Google and Instagram ads through Meta. All we need is the public link to what you want promoted. Occasionally an ad platform asks the account owner to approve a partnership or ad permission request; if that's needed we'll walk you through it, and it never involves sharing your password.

Question 2

Are the people my ads reach real?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your ads are shown by the ad platforms themselves to real people who match the targeting we set up, and the platforms filter out invalid traffic under their own rules. We never use bots, fake accounts, click farms or paid engagement. Everyone who sees your ad decides for themselves whether to watch, listen, like or follow.

Question 3

Who sees my TikTok campaign?

Accepted Answer

Your videos run as ads through TikTok's official advertising tools and are shown to TikTok users whose location and interests match the targeting we agree with you. We don't control who engages, and we never pay anyone to follow, like or comment.

Question 4

Is this allowed by YouTube's rules?

Accepted Answer

Yes. YouTube campaigns run through YouTube's own ads system (Google Ads), which is how YouTube expects creators and brands to pay for promotion. Every ad goes through Google's ad review and must follow Google's advertising policies. Views that come from ads are counted and reported by YouTube in the normal way.

Question 5

Does this break the rules of Instagram or Spotify?

Accepted Answer

No. Instagram campaigns run through Meta's official ads system and must pass Meta's ad review. For Spotify, we promote your music with ads on official advertising platforms that point listeners to your tracks. We never create artificial streams, which Spotify prohibits. If an ad platform rejects your content, we'll tell you and help you fix it.

Question 6

Can I target my campaign to specific countries?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every plan includes country targeting, and higher plans add targeting by genre, interests or fans of similar artists. Tell us at checkout, or afterwards through support, which countries and audiences matter most to you. The exact options depend on what each ad platform allows.

Question 7

How soon does my campaign go live?

Accepted Answer

We start setting up your campaign within 24 hours of payment. New ads then go through the ad platform's review, which usually takes up to a day but can take longer. Once approved, your campaign runs for the month you've paid for, and you can follow its status from your dashboard.

Question 8

Do you guarantee followers, streams or subscribers?

Accepted Answer

No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. We guarantee your campaign runs as your plan describes. The reach figure on each plan is an estimate, and how many people go on to follow, subscribe, like or stream depends on your content and how they respond to it.

Question 9

What if my campaign doesn't run as described?

Accepted Answer

Contact us with your order number. If we don't start on time, run something different from your plan, or the ad platform won't approve your content and we can't fix it together, you're covered by our refund policy. You can also cancel before we start for a full refund.

Question 10

Can I cancel my monthly plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes, any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your campaign runs until the end of the month you've already paid for. There are no contracts or cancellation fees.

Question 11

What content can't be promoted?

Accepted Answer

You need to own the content or have permission to promote it, and it has to follow the ad platforms' advertising policies. That rules out things like copyrighted material you don't have rights to, misleading claims, and adult, hateful or violent content. We'll let you know if anything needs changing.

Question 12

Any tips to make the most of a campaign?

Accepted Answer

Ads work best on strong content. Promote your best recent work, use a clear thumbnail or cover image, and keep posting regularly so people who discover you through an ad find more to enjoy. On Spotify, having your profile and releases fully set up helps listeners stick around.

Question 13

How do you promote my videos without accessing my account?

Accepted Answer

We run your video as an ad through Google Ads, YouTube's official advertising system. Google lets advertisers promote any public YouTube video, so all we need is the public link. We never ask for your password.

Question 14

Are the viewers real people?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your ad is shown by YouTube to real users who match the targeting we set up, and YouTube filters out invalid traffic itself. We never use bots, fake accounts or paid engagement.

Question 15

Is this allowed by YouTube's rules?

Accepted Answer

Question 17

Can I target my campaign to specific countries?

Accepted Answer

Question 18

Do you guarantee subscribers or views?

Accepted Answer

Question 19

What if my campaign doesn't run as described?

Contact us with your order number. If we don't start on time, run something different from your plan, or Google won't approve the ad and we can't fix it together, you're covered by our refund policy.

Question 20

Can I promote more than one video?

Accepted Answer

Question 22

What information do you need to start?

Accepted Answer

Just the public link to your video or channel, plus any audience preferences such as countries or topics. We never ask for passwords or account access.
