1. Who we are

AudiencePlan (audienceplan.com) is a concern of Tech N Byte LTD, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our"). Tech N Byte LTD is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

This policy explains what we collect when you visit our website, create an account, buy a promotion plan or contact us, why we collect it, who we share it with and the rights you have. We process personal information in line with the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and, where they apply, the EU GDPR and US state privacy laws.

2. Information we collect

• Account details: your email address, a securely hashed password, and your Google account identifier if you sign in with Google. We never see or store your social media passwords.
• Order details: the plan you buy, the public profile, artist, channel or post links you ask us to promote, targeting preferences (such as countries or genres) and campaign status and results.
• Public profile information: when you enter a link at checkout we may fetch publicly visible details about it (such as display name, profile picture and follower count) so you can confirm it is the right account.
• Payment information: payments are handled by our payment providers (Stripe for cards, Cryptomus for cryptocurrency). We receive a payment reference, amount, currency and status, but never your full card number.
• Communications: messages you send us through support threads, the contact form or email, and your newsletter preferences.
• Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited, used to keep the site secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.

3. How and why we use it

• To provide the service you bought, including setting up and running your ad campaigns and reporting results (performance of a contract).
• To take payment, manage subscriptions and process refunds (performance of a contract and legal obligation).
• To send service emails such as order confirmations, receipts, password resets and campaign updates (performance of a contract).
• To answer support and contact requests (legitimate interests).
• To keep the site and your account secure, prevent fraud and enforce our terms (legitimate interests).
• To send our newsletter and marketing emails, only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time (consent).
• To understand how the site is used through analytics cookies, only if you accept them in the cookie banner (consent).
• To keep financial records and meet other legal requirements (legal obligation).

4. Advertising platforms

Your campaigns run as paid ads on official advertising platforms such as Google Ads (YouTube) and Meta Ads (Instagram). To run them we give the platform the public content you asked us to promote and the targeting settings for the campaign. We do not upload your personal information, or anyone else's, to build ad audiences.

The people who see your ads are chosen by the ad platform based on our targeting settings. The platform, not us, handles the personal data of those viewers, under its own privacy policy.

5. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run AudiencePlan, under contracts that require them to protect it:

• Payment providers: Stripe and Cryptomus.
• Advertising platforms: Google (YouTube Ads), Meta (Instagram Ads) and others used for your campaign, as described above.
• Infrastructure: our hosting provider, Cloudflare (security and content delivery) and Zoho Mail (email delivery).
• Sign-in and analytics: Google, if you sign in with Google or accept analytics cookies.
• Professional advisers, and authorities or courts where the law requires it.
• A buyer or successor, if our business or its assets are sold or reorganised.

6. International transfers

Some of our providers store or process data outside the UK and EEA, for example in the United States. Where that happens we rely on adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses (including the UK International Data Transfer Addendum) to protect your information.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, protect forms and remember your cookie choice. These are always on because the site does not work without them.

Analytics cookies (loaded through Google Tag Manager) are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your cookies for this site.

8. How long we keep it

• Account and order information: while your account is open, and then up to 6 years after your last order to meet tax and accounting rules.
• Support and contact messages: up to 2 years after the conversation ends.
• Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.
• Security logs: normally no more than 90 days.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it.
• Have inaccurate information corrected.
• Have your information deleted, unless we must keep it by law.
• Restrict or object to how we use it, including for direct marketing.
• Receive your information in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent.
• Complain to a data protection authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

10. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls for staff and trusted providers to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password and tell us straight away if you think your account has been misused.

11. Children

AudiencePlan is for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new "last updated" date, and tell you by email if the changes are significant.
